Charles Krueger, Ph.D, Partner Consultant
Dr. Charles Krueger has 30 years experience as a management and organization development consultant. Dr. Krueger has successfully designed and facilitated successful organization interventions that have helped hundreds of leaders improve communications, quality and productivity. His long list of clients includes organizations like Nestle Corporation, 3M, Mobil Chemical, Jazzercise Inc., TRW, Mayo Clinic, KRM Information Services, Rockwell International, Computer Network Technologies, Greenheck, General Mills, and Sig Pack North America. He co-founded North American Training and Development and is currently the President of the North American Leadership Center.
Dr. Krueger’s experience in leading and facilitating hundreds of group and team situations along with his ability to teach and provide practical insights makes him the ideal seminar leader. As a speaker, Dr. Krueger has keynoted many events and has delivered hundreds of seminars throughout the United States.
He has also worked as a manufacturing line worker, radio broadcaster, a supervisor of an engineering department, and as a professor of industrial management. Dr. Krueger was the past chair of the Communications Education and Training Department at the “Malcolm Baldrige Award” winning University of Wisconsin-Stout. He also served as the first endowed chair of High Performing People Centered Organizations.
On five occasions he was selected by students as the most outstanding teacher. He was the first faculty member from the University of Wisconsin-Stout to be selected for the University of Wisconsin System’s Board of regents Teaching Award and his research about plant managers was recognized as the best business education research in the nation. Charlie received his Ph.D in Organization Development from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Krueger is the author of the book, Flight ofthe Facilitator, the audio tapes: Work Teams and is co-author of the American General Contractors Association training manual: Leadership and Motivation.
