Chuck Taylor has over 35 years experience designing, leading and implementing performance improvements and breakthroughs in all areas of business operations, from the shop floor to the boardroom. In his career he has held senior management positions with Nabisco Brands, Ryder Systems, Burlington Northern/Santa Fe Railroad, Mercer Management Consultants, Tri Valley Growers, American National Can, and ServiceCraft Logistics.
As President and CEO of ServiceCraft Logistics he led a successful turnaround and sale of the company to Sumitomo Corporation of Tokyo
At Norbridge, Inc., a niche management consulting firm providing services to the pharmaceutical, medical supply, utility and extraction mining industries, Chuck specialized in strategy development, change and turnaround management, lean/six sigma, supply chain integration, customer/supplier partnerships and systems implementations.
Chuck’s career in transportation began at the age of 16 working summers as a railroad yard clerk for the Missouri-Kansas-Texas (Katy) Railroad. He continued working for the railroad while earning his undergraduate degree in Production and Logistics Management at the University of Houston.
Chuck is an active runner, having run the Boston, New York, Pike’s Peak and thirteen other marathons. He lives with his wife of thirty-five years, Karen, in Texas and has two grown children, one working as an attorney and the other as a social worker.
