Coaching is not therapy, and while it is comparable to sports coaching in the aspects of “going for the goal” and “working in teams,” it is neither competition-based nor win/lose-based. Getting Started
To get started, you begin with an extensive coaching interview with one of our experienced coaches to determine your needs, goals and highest aspirations. This process not only helps us learn a little more about you, but it also helps us to determine which of our coaches will be your “best fit.”
