Workshops and Retreats: Hands-On Experiential Learning for Profound Change

The Voisen Cooperative offers a series of engaging workshops, “mini” and nature-based destination retreats that focus on leadership, communication, personal growth, and organizational change through self-exploration. All of our retreats and workshops are comfortable, relaxed and open encounters of no more than 25 people looking for ways to be more present, mindful, calm and fulfilled in their everyday, ordinary life.
Lead and facilitated by the founders of The Voisen Cooperative, Greg and Sean Voisen, a unique and engaging father-son duo, our workshops and retreats are available both as public offerings, and more frequently, as private sessions for leadership teams from corporations or non-profits.
Small Groups, Big Wisdom

We intentionally keep our groups small and intimate in order to build a community of openness with our participants. And all of our learning sessions, whether in the form of a retreat, half-day or all-day workshop, are guided and influenced by a blend of both traditional Eastern wisdom and Western psychology and philosophy. Greg Voisen draws on his graduate studies, research and training in psychology from the University of Santa Monica, as well as over 25 years of experience and wisdom from his work as a consultant, coach and entrepreneur. Sean Voisen draws from his studies of Zen meditation and philosophy, the Japanese martial art of Aikido, and experience as both an entrepreneur and cancer survivor.
